Day-Tripping

I think today feels like the perfect day for a field trip. How about you?

Come and join me over at Farmgirl Paints. Becky high-tailed it to Hawaii and left the keys with me! I thought about toilet-papering the place or filling it with balloons or sponge-painting all of the walls, but then I thought better of it and just did what comes easiest - I wrote a random-laden guest post.

See ya on the flip side!

  1. How fun for you! I like the idea of sponge painting the walls, are you sure you don't want to do that, lol? I'm hopping over right now to read your guest post!

  5. Your post was super good as usual! Your friend is adorable on her side bar pic there. I'm in love with the lifestyle of MaryJane and I too want an outdoor tub! Down the road a piece is an old tub being used as a flower box....I'm hankerin' to ask to buy it. I've already got the old propane stove to heat it, AND a place to put it to boot. I knew we were kindred spirits. :-)

  10. That was a great guest post! I always love when my reader shows a new post from you and today I got two. And you wanna talk about pretend farm girls? I live in the middle of suburbia and we're seriously thinking about getting chickens. We're going to build the coop next to our big ol garden. I definitely feel like I should live in the different kind of place. :)

  14. A super post as usual!! But really I think if you were visiting in IL, it would have been very fine for you to give me a call and come visit me while you were here. ;)

(at least I read she is from rural IL... is she still there?)

I would have loved to go to Hawaii instead of just visiting her blog. I hope you can work that out for your next trip. ;)
