And then take some of this:

And be here:

By 10:30.

For reals - The party never stops around here.

*Also, we watched the movie Big Night last night. A little-known, mid-'90s foodie classic. With Stanley Tucci. It is best watched with marinara sauce dribbling down one's chin. If that's not possible, just light a garlic-scented candle and pretend.

  13. I love taking NyQuil. Does that sound bad? I only do it when I'm really sick but I appreciate it's ability to make me feel like I am one with my bed.

  15. Oh...my....goodness....we have the same BED!!!!! Can't believe it! I love, love love that bed! I have a NETFLIX movie to watch and will be cleaning out the drawers on my dresser which I must do because I haven't done so in a year! Hubby works tomorrow so I see some sewing (lounge pants with vintage sheets).

  16. The only thing that would have made it better would have been for us to pick up the kiddos and keep them over night. (of course ,we would have had our own big plans for the four of us!) A little candy land, ice cream bars, loads of books and maybe pretend farming. Aaaahhhh thats the life!
